HV-50: Thermal Spray HVOF System
The HV-50 HVOF Thermal Spray System is a fully closed and mass flow system that provides maximum coating, accuracy, repeatability, and safety.

The MP-50 has been developed to meet the increasing customer demands for better process control, system flexibility, safety features and to avoid the unnecessary duplication of system peripherals.

Ethanol-based eGun system
The eGun™ System reduces operational cost and increase application efficiency. The eGun™ is a liquid fuel HVOF gun that uses ethanol as a fuel delivering repeatable and reproducible coatings, eliminating the ash formation and reducing toxic emissions and odor.

FST Horizon Software -included on the 50 Serie- offers advanced capabilities to reach excellent results during the spray process.
Horizon is a friendly and easy to use tool to keep control over the entire process and minimize human errors. The software can be integrated with other tools, and an alarm system warns the operator about any performance issue.
